So I've ended up with a few of these (been given to me by a friend) and I cant the 
things to work right. As soon as I get a bit of pressure going they just slip or rotate loosing all grip and pressure. I'm sure there must be a trick to these things but I just don't get it.
Any ideas for someone who uses them would be great, thanks in advance
