Don, you can buy precut and drilled plastic sheets for your Mattel Vacuform on ebay.

I got an email from them a couple months ago about it. I want it. I've never done any vacuum forming and it seems like it would be a good one to start off with.

New vacuform machine

I see in the latest Micro Mark flyer they have a new vacuform machine.  Looks nice.  Looks like it has an electric vacuum pump rather than hand operated.  But it is pretty pricey.  I guess I'll stick with my old Mattel, but it would be nice not to have to drill all those holes in the plastic!
