Harbor Freight also has tweezers sets very cheap. I think I paid a couple of bucks for a 4 or 5 piece set when they had them on sale a while back. They were made in India and are excellent quality.

Too many models to build, not enough time in a lifetime!!

Just found them: Besides the TOOLTRON set, there is also another set in the "Gadgets & Gizmos line of jewelry tools (black & yellow packaging, in jewelry making section of HL) that has the bladed tweezer useful for decals in the 4 pack arrangement as well. While the "ToolTron" set is made in Pakistan, the Gadgets set is made in Taiwan to be able to tell the difference. I think it was $7.00 as well.

Not the 1st one. The 2nd link leads to an error. My set consists of small 4 stainless steel tweezers. I'm not sure if HL's online offerings are the same as the ones sold at their brick and mortar stores.

I got some ultra fine tweezers from the VA hospital when they removed some stiches from my back. They have the finest point and tiny ribs. Great for modeling.

Wow, thanks for the tip,  I'm in the market for tweezers right now!  Actually was going to post a question about it.

What section of Hobby Lobby? Jewelry making or in the hobby section. Our HL(The Woodlands, TX) has a very poor selection of items in their hobby section and restocks infrequently.

Agreed. I came across that set a few months ago after someone either here or in the magazine recommended to check out that section in HL. Lot's of good stuff there. I also got a hemostat and some of those tweezers that curve there.

I paid about $15 for a Tamiya decal tweezer last year.  Although I can't complain about its quality, I much prefer the small HL blunt tip tweezer.  Just perfect for handling decals.

I bought that set and whats funny is at my local store the next isle over was a set of Model Master tweezers for $12. That small pointy tweezer has been  a staple in my builds ever since and I use the cross action tweezers for holding parts all the time.

Another thing at Wal-mart look in the jewelery making section and they sell a pair of sprue snippers with a light green handle for $5.

Good tweezers are an unappreciated tool.  Like a good bench light, they are important tools.

I bought a set of jewelry tweezers for about $4 at HL using a 40% off coupon.  It contains a locking tweezer, two fine tweezers and a decal tweezer.  The quality is as good as, if not better than, my Tamiya & Squadron modeling tweezers.  If you need new tweezers, look no further.
