You mean a metal scribing template? They are available at almost any online modeling shop. Or you can buy Dymo (labeling tape) at any Walmart type store. Furnace tape might work too.
Where is a place I can look to buy the flexable templets to be able to use a P-cutter/scribe to scribe in panel lines. I have seen them being used on the forums and videos but don't seem to find them at the online hobby stores.
