Is foam safe ca as good, or even suitable, as normal ca for gluing resin/plastic. if not is it any good as a filler?

I have used foam safe CA but only on small foam RC models. That said, I've used it to bond balsa as well and don't see a lot of difference between regular and foam safe. I don't use CA a lot in plastic modeling but I 'think' it would work OK. It doesn't seem to have the 'smell' of regular but does glue stuff together. It's great on foam that is otherwise readily attacked by the regular stuff though.
