I have one. Circle templates work much better, though.

Update on the circle cutter.  It does work, however with that being said it would probably work for a 1/48  or bigger kit.  When completely closed it goes to about 1/4" which means for anything in 1/72 scale it's pretty much worthless.

I have been thinking of getting a pair and read positive experiences from people using them .

I've got those. They work pretty good actually.

I found mine in the Scrapbook crafting supplies section at Hobby Lobby.

I have been thinking of getting one of those swivel knives- is that what they are called?  You use them with circle templates, of which I have several good ones.

I have a very similar one made by Olfa that I use frequently for wheel masks. I quite like it.

Some have, reported good results. A lot cheaper than a dedicated multi-use mask template set.

I have, but since I'm a cack-handed widdershins south-paw with severe clumsiness issues, It don't work too well for me, in that I can't get start & end of cut to meet up very often.

Just curious, has anyone used this little gadget for creating the circles for wheels?
