Quality 1:72 scale clear rulers English and/or Metric

If you can't find them you can make a facsimile.  Find a scale in a book or generate your own with a graphics program.  Then print it out on transparency foil.  Unfortunately they only seem to sell them in large packages of lots of foils, but a box will last a lifetime of modeling.  Cut the scale to size after printing and drying.

Wow!  Thanks Don, we live on an island with not a lot of purchasing options, no hobby shops for thousands of miles.  And having just gotten back into modeling after a 55 year hiatus, I'm amazed at the options available for us modelers.  Now it's on to a hunt to find a suitable graphics program for the scale ruler graphics.  Thank Goodness for the Internet and FSM!

Actually, a CAD program is probably better for making rulers- they hold dimensions very well.  There are some cheap CAD programs- even shareware or free ones- do a google search for free cad or shareware cad.  You don't need a fancy one, a basic one will do that kind of stuff nicely.  Lay out an inch worth and use the array repeat function.
