That's a good question. I dropped a bit of the adhesive on my finger and it felt real hot. Interesting.

So it doesn't get hot while curing?  I am always looking for a easy glue to attach large PE to my models.  Right now I use epoxy.

Super-super glue

The rubber strap of my Fitbit was tearing away from the plastic case. Regular super glue did not work, but this stuff did. It also glued rubber to metal. It seems to glue anything together. It's great at glueing metal to plastic. Be careful how you use the welding powder. Once the adhesive mixes with the powder it becomes rock hard. I bought the glue at Ace Hardware.
