I've seen serveral videos of folks using a circle template to paint their tank wheels. I went to my local Michaels and I didn't see anything like that.
Any idea what B&M stores might carry something like this?

Michael's normally stocks those templates alongside the drafting equipment, as do many of the office supply places (Staples and Office Max).

In answer to this . Micheals , Hobby Lobby and other stores do carry them . Including , On occassion Wal-mart in their crafts department . They come in different sizes too . T.B.
