I know I've just gotten here a few months late. But for future reference;  there are 3 major spots to sell stuff really easy and this goes for buying stuff too.

Craigslist is 1. Local Craigslist. You'll have luck there.

Letgo: is an app for your phone that works like social media. Is fairly popular and free. It's also fairly easy to use and straight forward. You install the app. Open it. Use it to "snap" or take a pic of your item/s and post it imediatley to the app.  Give it a caption and you'll start getting nibbles soon.   I've been in comic books for 30 years and its how I found out about it.  But I use it for tools or anything else I don't need to pay the brand new price for.

And then there's offerup. It's the same principle as the last app with some minor tweaks that make it different. Essentially some app designer wanted to make another offerup.. And didn't believe the original covered all the bases.   (I could have that reversed) but you'll see.  The two are on the same family tree.

I just used offerup to buy a brand new airbrush for 80% cheaper than retail. And I buy comics from other vendors all the time.

I think offerup has a "Make offer option" and you can pay full price or OBO them.  And I think they are both preferable to Craigslist and more modern and more user friendly.   I mean, you can just do a general home button search and see .. it's so easy people take pictures of every bloody item in their house to sell it.   So it's like a constant year round yard sale.

Anyway, I know it's late for this post But I know someone will come along wondering that question again and I'll put it out there since I didn't see those answers listed.

There are face book model sale pages you can join. A local model club in your area might be able to help. You can set up a "go fund me" page and random folks and friends might help you as well.

I have to pay off some medical bills and need to sale the items from my scale modeling equipment that includes airbrushes, models, paints, tools, etc most of the items have not or have barely been used... I was wondering if you could give advice on the best way to sale the items...I would like to just sell all together so that is why I don’t want to use eBay plus ebay can be a pain..any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
James
