Ceramic Blades

Does anyone remember ceramic hobby blades? Does anyone know of an outlet for them currently? I had a pack many years ago and really liked them but I can't remember where I got them from. Also does anyone know where to buy a brand of hobby knife called Uber. The company was from California. I love mine and wished I'd bought a couple more but I can't find them now.

i like that idea... tanks use ceramic armor, ceramic knives are non metallic, can witstain more heat, and are overall, imho, better than steel.

I used mine mainly for trimming decals and other thin stock. The big plus for the ceramic blades is that they stay sharp forever.
