Is Mr. Masking Neo generally this thick? If I needed to thin it down, what could I use to do that?
Yes, It is that thick. I don't know how to thin it but you don't want to. It will be much thinner when dry. I usually give 2 coats, one after the first one dries. All liquid masks are like that.
