I received this email from them today:

QUOTE: Bad news first: The site has been down for the better part of the day. Not just the forums, but the entire site.

Good news: This downtime was regrettable but unavoidable and taken as a step to eliminate the chronic slowness we had been experiencing. We are ancitipating the problem to be resolved now, and we appreciate your patience!

That is why you are having problems.

Thanks for the links. That Model Expo look like a great store but damn the shipping is expensive. $30 for shipping to Canada! This is regardless of size. The one thing i loved about scalehobby.com was free shipping to US and Canada on all finishing products. Looks like ill have to suck it up!

Anyone else have suggestions for good websites in the US or Canada for ordering tools and supplies?

Please let me know what you think
