Pic?  There it is.  I've looked at these online.  They had little plastic covers over the allegator clip teeth to protect the part though.

Really don’t neet it but plastic tubing can be used.

Ahem;

   Saw one at H.L. the other day, Almost purchased it. After a discovery yesterday I will be getting one too. Can you say 1,060 HO scale " C " clamps? I have used a similar system enabled by Styrofoam and Bamboo skewers attached to my Clips. No can do now. No more foam for me!

    The teeth? I file them down slightly OR as is usual, Cover them with That other wonderful Gadget, Shrink Tubing! In case of too much grip I have learned that if it's too tight, You can carefully bend the clips to relax the grip somewhat/
