My spray booth had a fluorescent light that I put in it when I first bought it. I was not happy with the intensity of the lighting. I saw a LED COB light strip at the American Science and Surplus site that delivered 2200 lumens and is 22" X 1 1/2" (49808P1) for $6. It needs a 22 W driver (58100P1) that delivers 22-40 volts that cost $2.
The COB light strip had mounting holes and I screwed into the top of the metal spray booth. The spray booth fram acts as a heat sink if the lights need to be cool, but I have not noticed anything getting hot.
The driver had a pair of black and white input lines that I spliced into an exsisting light cord I had. The red and while output lines easly snapped into the COB LED
the driver I mounted using double sided tape on the top pf the spray booth. Bottom line is it works great and delives amazing amount of light for $8.
This would also work well for any kind of photo booth you would want.
