I've used em to clean my Golf Clubs and they do a pretty good job. Don't see any modeling application for them in my future.

These are general purpose cleaning pads. The blue side is slightly rougher than the white side and both are claimed to be Scratchless. I haven't gone all the way through a paint cycle with them yet but they are Flexible and Durable, as advertised. I thought they would be good for "roughing" up the surface for painting (blue) and smoothing it after painting (white).
