For those who use a large sewing needle with the eye clipped open to apply tiny amounts of cement, I have a way of using the same technique for larger amounts. Those devices that come in cheap pedicure kits, I believe for removing hangnails, are shaped like a small "Y" and work perfectly for picking up plastic cement and CAA (superglue). Just make sure you hold it at the right angle (straight down works for me) and then simply apply to the part or parts.
