have you ever got to the the point in your project(s) that you stop and think "Hmmmmm....if only that third arm would grow out of my chest i could accomplish what i want to do"
well here is something i came up with to free BOTH hands

all you need is a little time and planning and you can turn these out to wharever size or configuration that you need

2 - lengths 5/16 plastistrut H Beam
2 - lenghts 1/4 Plastistrut H Beam
Tenax 7-R
Rubberbands
