Ahhh, rubberband anchors. Gotcha, very nice! I guess that's a 1/32 A-10. 1/48 is the biggest stuff I will every make (lack of space) so I'll have to make smaller versions.

the extra I-Beams are for wrapping rubberband around
i am currently rescribing the panel lines on a A-10 Thunderbolt from AMT Wink [;)]

i actualy own something simalar, it has a square cast iron base, four aligator clamps for holding things and a magnifying glass.

Could you give an example of how you use them? I can see that the v's would hold the hull of a ship or fuselage of an aircraft. What are the smaller H-beams (or I-beams, hey that's my handle, cool) for?

have you ever got to the the point in your project(s) that you stop and think "Hmmmmm....if only that third arm would grow out of my chest i could accomplish what i want to do"
well here is something i came up with to free BOTH hands Big Smile [:D]




the only tools needed are these


all you need is a little time and planning and you can turn these out to wharever size or configuration that you need Smile [:)]

material needed for thses
2 - lengths 5/16 plastistrut H Beam
2 - lenghts 1/4 Plastistrut H Beam
Tenax 7-R
Rubberbands
