You mean blue tak putty? if so just search google for poster putty and you should get a few hits for a company that makes it called duck. I'm not sure if this is what you're lookin' for tho.

look at office supply stores, WalMart, even grocery stores have it in the school supplies usually... anywhere that or school supplies and office supplies..

it's called Blue Tak, Fun Tack, Poster Tack etc... etc.. just look for something that looks like a taffy bar with cuts through it... it could be blue or white or just about any color...

when my camera battery charges more I will snap a pic of it.. I know you have seen it a million times...

I guess you're talking about 3M Acryl Blue, the body putty. I don't know of any on-line hobby shops that carry it (or LHSs that carry it for that matter) but you might try an on-line automotive supply shop. If you can get into a town that has an auto supply store, they should have it in stock or be able to get it for you. A large tube should last you a couple of years at a minimum.
