Check out http://www.sciplus.com. I was there yesterday and that have box after box of them. I think they are $1 each or something like that.

Take a look at MSC Industrial Supply Co. at www.mscdirect.com. I used to think that a #80 drill bit was the smallest there was. MSC can supply numbered drill bits down to #98 and their fractional and metric drill bits are even smaller. Only problem, is that the smaller the size, the more expensive they become.
And if you're into tools at all, get their Big Book (it's free). It's about 6 inches thick and has just about every tool you can imagine.

Have you tried "micromark" ? They sell for around
$19.95 US for 50 assorted bits. Item # 82151. You cannot get specified sizes, but they have a good assortment, some sizes and styles are duplicated too.
I have 2 sets and they come in handy for different projects.

Here is a link: http://www.micromark.com/

Just insert the item number in the search window at the top.

Good luck

Anyone know of a cheap US source for these bits in bulk? I have tried some high dollar ones and they break just as easily as the cheap ones.

Thanks
