Best hobby shop, supplies in the lake constance area

Here I am in the middle of Europe and I need serious help to find a few necessities. Most important are Tenax glue and Floquil paints.A really good online shop in Germany or Austria would be fantastic! You can forget anything from the US of A the import tariffs here would blow your mind. The pound is to high as well (somebody please tell me why, we´re in the EU but...) Thanks in advance to anyone who can give me their feelings on the best modelers paradise within 150km of Bregenz Austria!
