It probably will cut thin aluminum - but the razor blade won't last long. Its greatest usefulness is in chopping styrene and wood. In addition to strips, it can cut such things as styrene rod and tubing, and wood dowels. I've had a Chopper I for about thirty years; it's one of my favorite tools.
Youth, talent, hard work, and enthusiasm are no match for old age and treachery.
