Crack she went!

Last night I decided to finish a kit quickly and and by accident placed somethig heavy on the windscreen of the kit. Nice little crack running trough it.

After the first panic attack was offer I decided to try some stuff that a friend in Japan recommented to me.

Work Pla-Repair kit

Luckily I had the clear kit(shown in link above) and after working out the japanese instructions I proceeded and the result was better than I expected.

The more I model with japanese tools and supplies the more I love their stuff.Big Smile [:D]

Hi Model Museum,
I have checked the site and as I build alot of autos and bikes this stuff would certainly help as I am forever scratching and cracking the windshields.Did you order this stuff direct from Japan or do you have a local importer near you.I have not heard of this stuff in England where are you based?
Thanks anyway for a product which I would never have come across.
Simon.

For the last 2 years I have been stationed out of Shanghai, but travel a LOT to Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, etc on business.

Hobby Link Japan is the site where I get most of my stuff from that is not available locally, naturally a lot also gets picked up whenever I am in japan on business.

There are 2 sites I can recommend when it comes to ordering stuff directly from Japan: HLJ and Rainbow 10.

BTW, most of the stuff I use is hardly known outside of japan and needs to ve order from there. Check the HLJ site careful plenty of good stuff on there.
