online source for tubing?
Posted by grenadierII on Wednesday, March 23, 2005 11:29 AM
Since moving out to the "sticks", I no longer have access to my beloved source for styrene rod and aluminum/copper tubing. Any recommendations for a good online source would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Hello Ray,

You can order straight from the manufactures you would find in your LHS.

Midwest Products super styrene shapes
http://www.midwestproducts.com/styrene.htm

K&S Engineering metal tubing
http://www.ksmetals.com/default.asp

Evergreen Scale Models styrene shapes
http://www.evergreenscalemodels.com/

You could also try a couple of LHS that advertise in FSM and on the web like http://www.djhobby.com/ (My LHS Smile [:)] )
