I'm sure what the size of the needle is. The needle can be replaced if damaged, butonly by a proper size syringe needle which is hard to come by. But in order for it to work just as good as when you first bought it you must buy a whole new one which is why they aren't that economical. A microbrush or a toothpick are the most economical options.
