Thayer and HAMILTON or Thayer and CHANDLER? I'm not familiar with Thayer and Hamilton but that doesn't mean they don't exist. Thayer and Chandler are now a division of Badger. They used to be separate companies but Badger bought T&C out. They make excellent airbrushes, primarily the Omni and Vega series. I have two of them and really like them.

Depends on the model and the price. Compare it to the T&C brush prices at Dixie Art Supply (T&C is at the bottom of the page). They are very good airbrushes and my Omni 4000 is my normal go-to airbrush.
