Plane Mad:

You should look for a Beading Tool Set (Grainers) - Very similar to a punch and die set but suitable for punching very small diameter holes (from 0.3mm to 1.25mm) in thin aluminum ot brass sheet. These are ideal for forming flush rivets in engine decks, or enabling the mass production of domed bolt and rivet heads. You can find these by looking for a jewellery tool supplier close to you.

The tool is out now....you can see here

www.smallshopeu.com

For you and other Aircraft guys, the best thing about these being hollow is that if you dammage/remove rivets from area when you fill and smooth (joins at wing roots ect), you just use these OVER the kit ones and then complete the missing section...now that does save a bit of time :)

Some results

Cheers guys
