My local hobby shop had a Testor's paint mixing set, I think it was called, that included three of the larger plastic pipettes and five glass bottles, the same size as the Model Master paints, for about $3.

As Mike has noted, you can get them at your local drug store.  Lately however, I've noticed the local drug store has stopped stocking them in bulk, going instead with packets of two or three which really runs the price up (I bought a packet of two a while back and it cost me $2.79).  If this is a problem with you (it is to me) and you live in or near to a larger town, check in the Yellow Pages for a hospital or medical supply store.  They stock in bulk and it's a lot cheaper.  Also check your LHS and see if they stock Testors paint syringes.  They're larger than the "eyedropper" syringes you get at the drugstore, but work equally as well.

I use disposable pipets.  I get them in a case of 500 for about $26 (5 cents or so a piece).  I order them from www.medixcorp.com - take a look around, they've got all sorts of stuff we can use for the hobby.  I also get powder-free latex gloves there in bulk.

I picked up a package of 3 glass eye droppers for around $2.00 and change, I believe it was at Wal*Mart in the pharmacy section.

Go to a drug store and get some glass eye droppers.
I bought mine at a Rite-Aid drug store here.
