I've just gotten these, and never used them before.

Can they be used wet, or dry only?

If dry only, what's the best way to clean them?

Yup...both.  Sands better and lasts longer wet.

 

And buy the sanding sticks at Sally's or Harmon beauty supplys.  WAY cheaper than flex-i-files
