I have an old (well, I got it back in the late 80's) fluorescent lamp with magnifying lens (the fluorescent bulb is circular in shape and the lens is located inside of it) - my eyes are fading fast and this would be a very helpful item, but the clamp base for it has gone missing. I have no idea where it went to, but I'd like to locate a replacement for it. The bottom of the lamp itself is a large, heavy square (I suppose it's the ballast for the fluorescent bulb) so the clamp would have to be rather on the large & strong side. Does anyone know where I can get one? Buying it is not a problem - it's just finding it that is the challenge!
