Can Tamiya silver be Buffed/polished
Posted by spong on Saturday, December 1, 2007 9:49 PM

Help Please,

I was wondering whether the Tamiya silver and aluminum in spray cans can be buffed to a shine.

It's for a P51

Cheers

I have never tried that.

Why not spray some on a scrap model or sheet of styrene and let it dry for 48 hours and then test it so see if it can be polished.
