Dunno if y'll have seen it brfore, but this site has some great WW2 photos. Some are colorized, rather than in color, but the subject matter is pretty good.

True enough, but it fitss the purpose I use it for, which is diorama ideas, buildings, infrastructure, terrain, etc... As far as the fake photos, they're pretty easy to spot...

Not just the War in Color homepage, but the site's Forums are a great reference source, with lots of info posted on Panzers in particular. Just FYI.

Sign - Ditto [#ditto] I agree very much! Period photos are superb references...especially in color. You just have to take into account the variances that can occur in older color photography. I have also noticed what appear to be colorized photos starting to appear on here. But, I still do really LOVE this site. I am just advising not take all the photos posted at face value.
