Hi folks
For those of you who don't know, I am currently building a 1/16 full frame Stuka G2. This is a long term (about 2 years +) build. The frame is etched brass and there is also an aluminium panel skin to go on as well.
To help add detail to this I am looking for information on electrical wiring runs, control cabling, Hydraulic pipe runs, Oxygen and fuel lines and where they were layed in the airframe, along with anything else that may be of interest and use especially for the 2 underwing 37mm cannon pods and their linkage and control lines.
As far as I am aware this model is quite highly detailed but just screams out for that little bit extra!
To see my build to date take a look in the aircraft forum. It is a long build and I do have lots of instruction translating to do which does slow things down and I have to get the parts sent over from Germany on a monthly basis (there are 140 part issues) so at the moment as I am currently assembling part issue 6 which is the pilots bomb sight there is just some framework, but it gives you an idea of what goes into a build like this.
Any help with diagrams and pictures on how and where the wiring, cabling and piping was run etc is most invaluable as are details of cockpit placards as well as interior and exterior stenciling.
Grateful thanks to all those who can help with this
James
