Yes indeed, though some Me 109's can also carry a bomb there.

infect my kit had also a bomb but the manual said that it aint for the N.Africa version

There was an F-2 variant, the F-2/B that could carry a bomb, same goes for the F-4, the F-4/B. There was also a Rustaze kit for the 4, the R-6, which allowed any F-4 to carry a bomb.
