Request for reference pics for F-86D Sabre Dog
Posted by shrikes on Tuesday, May 4, 2004 12:32 PM
I find it rather eerie that there are so few threads in a forum of FSM! Big Smile [:D]

Anyway, i would like to ask if anyone has some good color shots of the interior or landing gear bays of an F-86D Sabre Dog. There are a couple out there, but they're mostly black and white... Thanks in advance! Smile [:)]

Not a D, but good cockpit photos and others.

Some profiles here.

Some good cockpit photos, but mostly in black and white.

That's all I could find in a quick search, hope they help you out some. Not all of these are D models, but there are some very good reference photos that largely should translate with minor alterations.

Hey, Madda, these are great links! The first one really nailed it though! Thanks again!

Good deal. I like the paint on that second pic, even though it's not a D model, it's a great paint job and picture. I liked the one with no skin on as well.
