I need some pictures and dimensions of the Global hawk. All around it. I also need dimensions of the inside as well as pics and details of it's instruments etc. I'm going to try to do a cutaway and I need this information.
Thanks for any help in advance it is much appreciated.

I got a magazine a few months back called AIR & SPACE Smithsonian, I've seen it Barnes and Noble. Anyway, in thier December/January 2005 issue, they have a huge article about the global hawk. It has cutaways, dimensions, and isometric views. IT also has detailed pictures of the intsruments and thier location in the aircraft. It's insipired me to try to build one. If you are unable to find it, I might be able to take pictures and email them to you. I'm not a legal expert, so that might not be ok, but I'm sure someone reading this would let us know. I'd try getting a back issue first. Let me know if this helps or if you find it.

I haven't attempted one yet. I'm finishing up my P-5, and I have some other projects I want to do first. Is there a kit for the global hawk or are you scratch building the whole thing? I found this site, the bottom has some contact info for the manufacturer, if you can't find the specific info in the fact sheet, maybe they can help you out. They might even have scematics, that might still be classified though, but it's worth a shot http://www.af.mil/factsheets/factsheet.asp?fsID=175

There is a global hawk but it is 1/72nd So I think i'll scratch build it. Either 1/16 or 1/32. Probably 1/32 or else the wings would be 87.15 inches. There is one thing though. One of my fact sheets says that the height is 15' 4.8". Now would that be the top of the radar dome. Is the height from the ground or the bottom of the airplane?
Here's a visual.

My source says 15 feet, 2 inches. My guess, which may be incorrect, would be 15 ft. 2in. to the top of the V tail. It seems to me they would give the measurement to the tallest part of the structure, not just the fusulage, maybe aircraft measurements are different like that though. I think the measurement would be from the ground up. I'd check that site out that I hyperlinked above and see what you can find there.
