Mick,

Yes, I do! Thanks! Perhaps I can return the favor some day—I'll be around.

A scan is fine, particularly since I don't even know what our "military's recruiting stickers" are…do you mean bumper stickers?

Ross

No dramas, mate. Two ways of doing it.They are a centre spread and single pages of an Aerodata book so I can photocpy( two A4 pages and one A3 for the centre spread) and mail them,or I can scan them. The latter has an issue in that my scanner is A4 so the centre spread will be broken in two.I don't mind paying to post them but may ask for a trade, such as oh, a couple of your military's recruiting stickers?

Let me know

Mick,

I could use a copy of those if they are available. One of my long term projects is a CG F-104.

Laugh [(-D] I guess I might have gotten a little carried away, but it would be pretty neat. Maybe the cockpit section? That would be pretty cool. Have all the panels light up and the stick move and stuff like that? Hmmm... now you got me thinking...

Cheers mate!

Just had a look on that site..... another "goodie"!  :)

But hold Your horses......... I said it just might be a section of an aircraft - and anyway, it´s just one of those "projects" that one gets once in a while. Still, if the material is ready at hand, things may start to happen - if You know what I mean!?

Actually I found out, by sheer(?) luck, that CollectAire has a seated pilot for the F-16 cockpit. Price seems OK, but shipping to Denmark makes for a two-piece purchase...... so I guess I´ll do a F-16B instead!!!!!!  :))))

To be honest, I think the biggest problem would be doing the "bubble"-canopy from scratch!?

Those are going to be hard to find since the F-16 is still in production. You might be able to use the scale converter over at www.arcforums.com I think its located in the top tool bar, tools or something like that. Man, an F-16 in 1/12, that thing is gonna be huge!!! Good luck, and post some pics when you get done (if you can find a wide angle lensBig Smile [:D])

F-16 & F-104 Scale drawings!
Posted by Anonymous on Tuesday, January 24, 2006 12:29 PM

Hello All!

Though I´m all new to this forum, I sincerely hope someone out there is able to help me!

I am planning/dreaming of, doing a "large scale" project - in plastic, mind You!  :))

Where could I possibly obtain scale drawings of the F-16 and the F-104??? I have searched pretty much all the RC-sites on the planet...... no luck!  :(  I thought this would have been the place for big scale!?

To assist You all in my search, I can tell You that the plan is to go scale 1/12 with the ESCI cockpits in my posession.

Still don´t know if it should be a "full aircraft" or just a "section"!!!???

Any comments on this are very much welcomed.

Regards,

Gunnar  -  Denmark
