V100 armored car

Does anyone have or can tell me where I can get a set of plans or technical data for the V100? I would like to try and scratch build one because I am cheap and would rather spend a year building one rather than spend US $100 on one. And yes I have been to prime portal. Really good stuff but I need some plans Grizz
