according to the osprey publications campaign series  on the marshall islands  1944

all the stuarts used on roi-namur islands had the sand stripes on them  BUT.... the ineresting part is the shermans that landed side by side with them were o/d green ONLY

 I know i said thanks in advance but your a hero to my cause ww2modeler thanks for the pix they printed perfect and put me on the right track for our dio.if we get it finished and i have the originaters permission perhaps i will figure out how to post pix and show off our handy work.

Here is a pic of a pattern used by USMC Stuarts in the Pacific.

I think that most were just Olive Drab with camoflauge being applied at the crews discretion.

 I'm looking for info on the ww2 usmc camocolors and patterns used in summer 1943 pacific theatre,I'm involved with a group dio build for a specific operation on New Georgia,We're not concerned with absolute exact detail but i need to know the basic color and pattern for the armor used. thanks in advance for any help.
