I went ahead and bought the book, and it arrived today. Typical Czech books of this variety: soft cover, half Czech, half English text, lots of line drawings, scale drawlings, and not-often seen photos, and some color plates in the center. I only glanced through it so far, and it seems very detailed in the developments, operation history and different variants and prototypes. FW 189-E/F/G? Who knew! But there's only one mention of the nightfighter version and no more details than other books.![Sigh [sigh]](/emoticons/icon_smile_sigh.gif)
And there is a mention of the abovementioned FW-189 restoration project, with a fascimile of a page of the log book from the plane. All in all a valuable source of information.
