Looking for photos of AN/TSW-7 Air Traffic Control shelter
Posted by PatlaborUnit1 on Monday, July 30, 2007 9:42 PM

Hi Everone.

I'm looking for addional photos (besides the three you can find on Google) of the AN/TSW-7 air traffic control shelter that is truck mounted.  These were seen in Air Force and Army units for field operations. We just had one at Baton Rouge Airport during Katrina and damn if I didnt get pics of it!  A modeling mate is making one from scratch, he has the basic outline but needs additional input.

We had one of these with our air traffic control company on Ft. Campbell (at least it was a control tower, I dont know if it was this P/N.) The one on Ft. Campbell was 3 tone desert camo (pre desert storm desert camo), I have seen them orange and white as well.  Any color info?

Here is a nice article about one that is going to the Caronlinas Air Museum

Thanks for the help

David
