thanks bgrigg, would you guys happen to know if a wash can be used on BMF? if so how can you make the wash permanent? will a clear top coat do? won't the BMF lose its luster? thanks again!

The slide show doesn't really tell you anything that the instruction at the bottom of that page does. You can cut and paste that into Word or other document software and print from there.

I think that article about the P-38 was using real aluminum foil and a special glue, not BMF. I bought the how-too book from BMF even though it was the exact same thing as the how-to on their website; there's no reason you couldn't just print those pages off for future reference.

check out the articles page on FSM, they got a downloadable item the about BMF. the foiled lightning by bucky sheftall.
