I scored this very nice large format paperback at the local Border's for $5.99, if you can believe that. It not only has very detailed black and white cutaway drawings of the aircraft, but black and white photos, some color photos and some excellent large color paintings, along with lots of technical and trivia info on each aircraft.
The subtitle is, Technical Drawings of Key Aircraft 1939-1945, edited by Paul E. Eden and Soph Moeng, and it's divided into three sections: Bombers and Dive Bombers, Fighter and Ground Attack Aircraft, and Transport, Reconnaisance and Maritime Patrol Aircraft.
Although I might quibble with some of their choices for key aircraft, for the drastically marked down price, it was a great addition to my bookshelf.
