Hello to everybody and especially to all friends in Maryland:
I´m building a big scaled model of the USS Guam in 1:48. There are only a few plans available from "floating drydock", but they are not enough.
In the National Archieves and Records Administration NARA (8601 Adelphi road, college Park, Maryland) they have the original plates of my favourite project.
But they are not able or willing to copy them and send them to germany and I have no possibility to go to Maryland.
So, if there is anyone in this forum, who lives there, please help me and make copies of the plans I need (RG 19: Hull: LPH-9-845-2107052, plates 13 - 16). I will take the costs, but must know, how much the copies will cost.
