Uschi van der Rosten - shipping speed?

To add, it's been 10 days since payment and not a peep about shipping or anything. Also no reply from them. Just curious if anyone's had this experience...

I live in Canada and have ordered from.  It has been a few years so don't recall whether or not they email a notification when your package is ready to ship, and along with that don't remember exactly how long it took to get here.  I wouldn't expect anything to arrive in under 2 weeks, while 3 weeks is more reasonable.

You can also leave them a message through their contact page, and include your order # with your query:

Thanks. It showed up in the end. I think they just don't send anything but order confirmation (i.e. no tracking or shipped notif.)
