Plaststruct makes them in N scale. I have some that I originally intended to use on the old 1/125 Lindberg Minesweeper, but switched to photoetch stanchions and fly tippet railings.
Add Eduard to the list. They make several sets to support the Revell Fletcher DD and Flower corvette in 1:144 scale
dhenning Tom's model works makes a set of railings in 1/144 scale. Gold Medal Models makes some industrial stairs and platforms in n scale (1/160) that may be useful as well.

I'll second that recommendation. I bought a set from TMW and they look nice. I bought it for a scratchbuild of a destroyer. Also, either plaststruct or that other plastic vendor makes small-scale railings. Don't know what scale they actually are, though.

Does anyone know who might supply photoetched brass railings in 1/144 scale. I am building the Space Shuttle launch platform and instead of fabricating railings out of plastic rod i was hoping that someone made photo-etched railings. i see 1/200 and 1/350 size but not 1/144.
