SSG Jeff Beltran has been in the Army a total of 27 years starting his Military Career as a 12 Bravo Combat Engineer, until he sustained multiple wounds on 29th May 2005 from a remote controlled IED on his Third Combat Deployment outside Camp Taji, Iraq.
Jeff was featured in HBO Documentaries Baghdad ER in 2006 and has been featured in numerous news articles since then. He later medically re-classed as a 42A Human Resource Specialist.
Jeff has a degree in Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice and has recently retired from the United States Army His hobbies include taking up model building after a 10 year break, reading, chess, traveling with his wife Ronda, building guitars, gardening, golfing and spend more time with their grandkids and cats.
