FORUM QUESTIONS
Q. Why is the text in the forum so small? I can barely read it.
A. We're aware of some issues with certain versions of Internet Explorer making the forum text too small. This can be adjusted in your forum profile. Under the Site Options section, there is an option labeled Font Sizes. The options are Small, Normal, Large, and Largest. Selecting Large or Largest should increase the text size proportionately throughout the forum.
Q. How do I stop receiving email notifications?
A. At the top of each thread, there are four buttons: print, search, rate, and notify. If you are currently subscribed to a thread, the notify button will display a gold bell with a checkmark on top.
  
By clicking on the notify button, you can unsubscribe from email notifications for that thread. If you would like to receive email notifications, you can do so by clicking on the notify button.
FORUM ACCOUNTS
Q. I was unable to register with my old username and now I've lost all of my posts. How do I get them back?
A. If you found yourself unable to get back your old forum username and forced to create a new one, please contact us and include your current screenname, your former screenname, and which one username you want to keep. A list of accounts waiting to be merged can be found here: Lost ScreenNames? List of accounts to be merged.
Q. The December 05 issue mentioned an access code would be needed to access the site but I can't find it. Where is the access code?
