Modeling in Georgia!
Posted by Anonymous on Monday, April 19, 2004 10:46 PM
Hello all,

Though not southern by birth, I have lived in North Carolina and now Georgia for about 15 years and love it. I'm in the Atlanta area now. Some of you may have seen my work on ARC. I enjoy sharing my work with others almost as much as I enjoy looking at their work...so post those pics!
I generally build only WW2 aircraft in 1/72 scale. I have hundreds of unbuilt kits as I attempt to collect at least one kit of every type of combat aircraft flown by all participants of the Second World War. Thank goodness we have a basement!

Happy Modeling!

Welcome to the forum Joe. Looks like the ranks of members from GA keeps growing. Maybe there is something about that saying about the south shall rise again! I'm just a bit north of Atlanta myself . Looking at pics is no problem around here, we all like to show off our stuff.

Howdy, Joe!
I'm from Brunswick, spent the college years in Statesboro and Athens, and even did a few years in Stone Mountain.
And now I'm in Japan!

Welcome to FSM!

Yeah, that's what we need. Some more southern accents around here. I was beginning to think Saltydog and I were the only ones around! Welcome aboard.
