The first thing that comes to my mind is "lemons", though the smell of certain different woods in a fireplace or grill are also good choices.

The aroma of a good cigar. Can't smoke anymore. Doctor's orders.

The smell of the interior of a 75 year old T-6 when I pull the hood closed.

100LL avgas and/or racing fuel.

Scotch over ice.

My wife after she's gotten out of the shower.

My dad after he got home from work and hugged all of us kids.

Cedar, pine trees, ocean air, mountain air, and the air after a nice thunderstorm.
